“Amazing service! I stopped coming to this Levi store because of a bad experience I had so anytime I order Levis I order them online. This time around I had to return/exchange jeans because we are leaving out of town in a few days. I'm glad I decided to give another try. Jade help us with our return and took her time to under the need, she could of easily just returned my item however she asked about the return and I let her know the jeans fit my son a bit too tight which she let me know the jeans I purchased would do that but she also mentioned how 565 would probably be a better fit. “Great selection of a lot of different items. I finally found a new winter coat for myself & some waterproof Winter boots that are more like shoes, & they are 100% rainproof/waterproof! They aren't very comfortable, so I'm buying some memory foam shoe inserts that are big enough to go into the boots/shoes, to make them more comfortable. I purposefully bought a size bigger, so the shoe inserts I'm getting should be okay. ??”

“I love this little boutique and hope it never goes away. While I don’t always find something, I have found some of our favorite and my complimented pieces here. I love that they carry marine layer (I wish they had more, I’d buy it all the time instead of hoofing it to the nob hill store) and a combination of relaxing and then work friendly attire. The women who own it are so friendly, regardless of whether I walk out with a piece or two or not.”
