Rushed or judged or like an inconvenience to the staff. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and attentive we were able to purchase 6 pairs of pants for back to school without a melt down. Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.”

“Absolutely loved my experience today. I believe it was the store manger, Star. BEST customer service I’ve ever received. She walked me through the jewelry with such care. She made sure I knew the difference in the materials and what it all means (which was GREAT because I’m sensitive to nickel.) She made sure I knew to use saline and no rubbing alcohol, like I have been using. I am just so happy with this experience. No one has ever showed this much care when I come in.”

Very loving, friendly and goes beyond for you when trying on dresses or even just looking. I Highly recommend you to come check out her beautiful dresses. I remember coming in months ago with my Autistic daughter trying to find her a dress, mind you, we were very last minute. Found the dress but somewhat just a tiny bit smaller on my daughter, The lady started calling friends who can help asap to do some fabric add ons & Baam, it was done the next day. Most of the items are like a knockoff or some sort of fake memorabilia, and they're pretty cute, but their pricing is really expensive for what the material is. I did end up getting something though that was on sale; their clearance is super good, it was like 70% off.”

“Burlington is one of my top 5 stores to go to. They always have something new and exciting. We always find a good bargain. The place is pretty organized when it's not overflowing with merchandise. The only thing is that the mens shirts are super boring, and i can't find to many pieces im interested in. Other then that the little nick nacks are always fun to look at and they have a good selection of perfumes/ cologne.”
