Two days later we came to the store and she greeted us warmly, answered all our questions and allowed us plenty of time to try out the products and make a decision about a new bed purchase. All in all, we had a relaxed, no pressure experience working with Lydia. She was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the options Sleep Number has to offer.”

“I originally went in looking for an inexpensive bed, and Jacob was completely honest with me and my partner right from the start. he let us know that the one we were considering wouldn’t be very comfortable. After trying it, we agreed he was right. That’s when Jacob introduced us to a Tempur-Pedic, and the moment we laid on it, we were sold. We instantly knew we needed to upgrade.

“Looked at a few places before I found this furniture store. Got a great couch in my budget. They delivered it the next day and they were very accommodating of my schedule. Viktor was super helpful. Would highly recommend them!”
“I absolutely love the bed for my daughter! It is so beautiful!! The moment I came in they were really helpful in finding the type of bedroom set I was looking for. I came in looking for a specific type of bed set & a specific color as well as a mattress. They helped me find what I wanted and it was at a reasonable price. I purchased a queen bed set & a queen mattress. Unfortunately they didnt have it at the store & they had to order it. Which is fine. It took about a week or so to receive it. They called and setup a time for delivery and they literally were able to deliver that same day. However I was not available so we scheduled for the following day! I was actually very blown away by this because I have dealt with several furniture companies in the past, Once the product finally does come in after a month or so wait, then they call to set up delivery and then that takes atleast another 2 weeks for them to deliver it to my house!! Even after it has already taken a month for it to be delivered to them!! Which is crazy to me. But this furniture store was not like that!! Anyways, I want to add that they did however forget my queen mattress. I asked one of the delivery men where the mattress was and he was very very helpful. I could not find the receipt at that moment so I told him that once I do I will call the store and then we can further figure out what was going on. but he actually surprised me with his response and said, no worries I will call the store, they have a copy and we can figure out what’s going on right now. He was not rushing me, he wasn’t making me feel rushed and he had a great attitude about it. Because I have dealt with lots of delivery men in the past, almost all I have dealt with were always in a hurry or rush to get out of there. So that is why I told him that I would find it and call the store so they can leave but he was not in a hurry or rush at all. They did confirm that there was a mistake somewhere and they do see that I did order the mattress and he told me that he will be back. I asked him if he thought it would be today, he said it would be in the next 30 min! ? which also took me my surprise because furniture companies in the past, has done this to me a lot. They forget a product and it literally takes them another 2-3 days to come back. like when I tell you I have had bad experiences, bad it just an understatement. Sure enough, him and his partner were back in less then 20 min. The costumer service is excellent and because this has been so stress free, fast and easy I would recommend them 110% and I will definitely be going back for any future furniture purchases! I was told that they are a small, family owned business and I absolutely love and support small, family owned businesses. So that is why I wanted to leave a very detailed review, because I feel that family owned and local businesses take more pride in how they run things. Hopefully this review helps and whoever is reading this, if you are trying to decide on some where to go, well look no further! This is the place you need to be! Oh and one more thing, customers, please tip your delivery drivers!(only if it’s a good experience) Even if it simply took 5 minutes for them to bring it inside from the truck. Normalize tipping for delivery drivers like them! They do so much heavy lifting, so much driving and a lot more behind the scenes. I forgot to add, they have an option where they will put it together for you by paying a little extra! Don’t quote me on this but I think they said about 40? Which is totally reasonably considering the amount of work it took my husband to put it all together. I’m not sure if that’s a set price or not? I’m not sure if it goes by how much stuff you have? But just know that they do offer help. I personally did not need the help, but some people do. So hopefully that is helpful information! Thank you bed 4 less for this beautiful bed set and mattress! It’s not cheaply made at all! I appreciate your services as well!”

We loved the record wall with a collection of Star Burst Clocks. Seasonal decor is added in a tasteful way that let's true vintage treasures shine. Great mix of large furniture items and small decor elements. The vendor spaces in the back also have clothing.”

“This is one of my happy places. A day spent strolling the main drag of Troutdale always includes this store where I dream of new ways to nest in my home and make it even more welcoming. The shop is filled with beautiful things, many at reasonable prices and some things that are expensive but with good reason, such as workmanship, origination or uniqueness. It is 3 levels: 1st floor with rustic but elegant cabin decor and items, main level with elegant furnishings, candles, art work, lighting and glassware/dishes; and the top/3rd level showcases infant/children's gifts and decorations as well as a beautiful selection of greeting cards for all occasions. There is a small sandwich shop on the way out and she carries an excellent selection of Oregon/Washington wines. I highly recommend a stroll in Troutdale just to savor all the beautiful things in this shop!”

“I had an overall great experience at Michael’s. Both Slavo and Van were super helpful. I ended up buying a brand new Ashley furniture 2 piece sectional for less than the showroom price. Van made some calls and was able to get it delivered to me the next day also. The process was quick and stress free (in and out in less than a hour). I definitely recommend anyone looking for quality furniture to shop here!”
“I love shopping here so much, I have easy access to candy which isn't all about sugar and actually had flavor that isn't completely artificial.
My only real issue is that the water fountain has too little pressure, and it seems like 70% of all candy bars I buy, have been smashed by something or someone, which can make it really difficult to get it out of the wrapper.”

I recently returned and purchased a love seat and when the delivery guys showed up they couldn’t fit it through my living room.
