“Jazzercise Camas. It's my favorite place to be. I call it my happy place. I always am leaving class happier then I was before class. I also love being a part of great community jazzercise camas offers and I grew up in camas so its plus as Jazzercise Camas is like a second home for me. Jazzercise is also a great work out. You can do it rain, snow, or sunshine. It's a complete total body work out with cardio and strength training , and it is so fun, you forget you are working out! After having twin babies and getting older, I work out while dancing and having fun with my friends and my pre baby body just is bouncing back with ease. I wouldn't do life without it !!! It is also for any age group , 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s,60s, 70s, 80s, and jazzercise members have been doing it for 20 / 40 year plus! Try a class. You seriously don't know what your missing out on until you try a piece of daily happiness !”

“Before I joined Crossfit Mill town I had many preconceived ideas about what Crossfit was. My first time at Mill Town demonstrated everything I had imagined about Crossfit was incorrect. Brandon was both knowledgeable and professional. He was motivating and dynamic. After that first time I wanted to return again and again. As I have continued to participate with Crossfit Mill town it has become a sort of family. People who share goals of being better than they were the day before. Brandon and the rest of the coaches foster a culture of growth and respect. I would highly recommend checking them out!”
