“So happy to find this gem in my neighborhood! The owner, coaches and everybody are so welcoming and friendly.. CrossFit is new to me especially the weight lighting, so I was intimidated and had hesitation out of fear of injury. But coaches are understanding and never pushed me, instead they coached me one on one with encouragements each time. This gym also hosts events, for example 10k for runners in the summer.

“I have used this gym for years and love the location, the service provided by staff, equipment, and 24/7 access. I believe the price of membership to be fair and excited to see that they are expanding and will even include showers soon. I have yet to try them out but I also appreciate the personal training available and classes provided by the gym.”
“Nature's climbing gym, right next to home. Would be five stars, but the parking situation is mildly terrifying and a nightmare. People who climb there are generally super nice and helpful.”
