Gold’s Gym Camas offers members a range of fitness amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, various classes, and dedicated personal trainers. The gym features group workout options such as martial arts-inspired cardio and foundational yoga, catering to different fitness levels. Certified personal trainers are available for coaching and guidance, helping newcomers and seasoned gym-goers improve their routines. Digital tools are also provided to support fitness goals. The staff at Gold’s Gym Camas are generally friendly and welcoming. Leaders like Cara and Rachel are praised for their dedication and positive influence, especially in enhancing the swimming program for children and families. The swimming classes are well-structured, with passionate instructors who give equal attention to each child’s development. Many members appreciate the quiet, friendly environment that makes the gym a good place to unwind and work out, despite being relatively small. However, there are notable downsides. The gym is not very family-friendly, with only one family bathroom leading to long lines and discomfort after kids’ swim lessons. Limited hours, closing at 9 pm, can pose challenges for working parents trying to fit exercise into their schedules. Some members mention that certain staff members have poor attitudes, which affects the overall experience. Additionally, the gym’s pricing is considered high for the outdated facilities, with many offering similar amenities at lower costs. The massage chairs are located in a shared space, which some find inconvenient, and issues with privacy and access have been noted. Despite these concerns, Gold’s Gym Camas remains a convenient local option for those wanting to stay active.
Friendly greeting staff, abundance of weights, stations, equipment, open space for floor exercises and never too busy!
