“A shoutout to Mailman Chet, who found my Amazon package laying in the street, soaking wet in the rain, a block from my house! He delivered it to our door with a note explaining what had happened. Thanks, Chet!”

“The place where undeliverable mail goes. Doesn't stay long, though.

Employees are polite, prompt, and do their best to locate your undeliverable.

ID required. Tracking number helpful.”

“I ran in at 8:55 in the morning they opened at 9:00 and there was already a line. LOL anyway I was the third person in line and I paid my $170 for the full year of a post office box. The clerk was very courteous and sweet and she advised that they were already short one person for the day. Anyway great little post office in Fairview.”

“Awesome service! Super fast! The clerk knew exactly what I needed without me even needing to explain. She saw what was in my hand and had it took care of it before my feet stopped walking.

I will gladly come back to this location when the need arises.”

“overall not the best experience but Teresa made it better/tolerable her co worker should take her example of being willing and helpful without gaslighting customers.”

“I kinda didn't want to write this review and draw attention to this new Post Office location, as it is very new, and seemingly still undiscovered by the masses. With the loss of the location right next to the airport, having this location open up on the opposite side of 205 is basically just as convenient. Even better, I've been able to just walk in and approach the counter immediately, every time. The place is usually empty, and the attendant on duty must frequently be summoned with the bell out front.

No passport services offered here (yet), but they are apparently working on adding this in the future. Other than that, it's your usual post office, so you know what to expect...except the lines. Hopefully it'll stay that way!

Also, big shout out to Bing who (in addition to being the only employee I've seen work here), is very helpful and friendly, even helping me save $10 by on my last mailed package by offering me a cheaper shipping option!”

“Long, wait time but worth it. Their stuff right now is amazing, they’re very helpful. Very patient. They also do passports with months shorter wait time than other places

They never rush you and they’re always smiling”

“Never had an issue getting the front desk staff to do their job. Generally pleasant experience; the often long line is a result of Gresham having only one post office and it being understaffed. Still have never had them refuse to scan packages unlike other stations.

The addition of the large parcel self-serve kiosk has made having to wait for PO Box service much less frustrating.”

“The people who work here are delightful and competent. Most folks only post a review when something goes wrong with a package, but that has very little to do with this location specifically.

The staff here has helped me hunt down mail and parcels (with and without tracking!), get the right forms, and generally been pleasant to work with and as helpful as possible to everyone despite being chronically understaffed.”
