“The place where undeliverable mail goes. Doesn't stay long, though.
Employees are polite, prompt, and do their best to locate your undeliverable.
ID required. Tracking number helpful.”
“The people at this location are amazing! The four of them are so helpful, quick, and provide good customer service. I felt compelled to share my own experience as I witnessed another customer be unreasonably rude from the start. Working with the public is hard and I genuinely give kudos to those who do it on a daily basis. Keep up the good work team!!”
“You can do a change of address form here and open Saturdays ! Very nice and knowledgeable service knowing the rules and standards of a regular USPS can answer questions”

“Don't drive past it! Enter before the drive-through for the drop-off, or the entrance for the Mailcats' entrance. Otherwise you'll have to U-turn. It's that small.
They're small, a comfy small-town small. I love the feeling. You want a big place with a ton of windows and features and options? Go to the Greaham location off of Powell. This location runs smoothly, but they're not going to be like a big-town jobber. They're effective, efficient, and have all that you're going to ask for. But know ahead of time what they're capable of - read the website.
I love smaller post offices. I just do. It must be the attention to detail and slower pace.”

“So grateful for this post office. They’ve helped me so much to dial in the shipping aspect of my business. They are so friendly and beyond helpful. Grateful to have them as part of our community.”
“I kinda didn't want to write this review and draw attention to this new Post Office location, as it is very new, and seemingly still undiscovered by the masses. With the loss of the location right next to the airport, having this location open up on the opposite side of 205 is basically just as convenient. Even better, I've been able to just walk in and approach the counter immediately, every time. The place is usually empty, and the attendant on duty must frequently be summoned with the bell out front.
No passport services offered here (yet), but they are apparently working on adding this in the future. Other than that, it's your usual post office, so you know what to expect...except the lines. Hopefully it'll stay that way!
Also, big shout out to Bing who (in addition to being the only employee I've seen work here), is very helpful and friendly, even helping me save $10 by on my last mailed package by offering me a cheaper shipping option!”
“Long, wait time but worth it. Their stuff right now is amazing, they’re very helpful. Very patient. They also do passports with months shorter wait time than other places
They never rush you and they’re always smiling”

“I missed a signature-required delivery for an important medication. I went to pick it up, but unfortunately my courier still had it on their truck. The front desk still gave me instructions on approximate return times for couriers, and how to get help after hours. I was able to still get my medication almost two hours after their close when the couriers got back, because of their great service and empathy.”
“The people who work here are delightful and competent. Most folks only post a review when something goes wrong with a package, but that has very little to do with this location specifically.
The staff here has helped me hunt down mail and parcels (with and without tracking!), get the right forms, and generally been pleasant to work with and as helpful as possible to everyone despite being chronically understaffed.”
“The Camas Post Office deserves more credit than it gets. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, this team consistently shows up with professionalism and patience.
I’ve been in here plenty of times — shipping real estate documents, packages, you name it — and they handle the line efficiently while still treating people like actual humans. That balance isn’t easy.
It’s not flashy. It’s not trying to be trendy. It just works. Dependable, straightforward, and staffed by people who care about doing their job well.
For a small-town post office, it does exactly what you hope it would — and it does it well.
5 out of 5.”
