“My cat gets scared at the vet and hides under a jacket or inside the hoodie I’m wearing. My last visit I was sitting on the floor when the vet came in. Instead of asking me to put him on the table, she sat on the floor with me to do the exam.
Cant tell you how much I appreciated that. Made my cat so much more comfortable in an already scary situation for him and the vet showed so much compassion for him. Thank you Dr. Sullivan!!!”

“Sadly not had to lay my mare to rest yesterday. Tina and my other horses, have been under the care of Dr. Paul Duff for over 5 years. Columbia Equine Vets have cared for our horses for over 25 years. Every vet from Columbia has been excellent.
However, Dr Duff has been extraordinary.
He is knowledgeable, communicative, gentle, compassionate, talented and has such a rapport with horses. He made my worse day better by reassuring me that we were doing the right thing at the right time. As my mare dropped down, her head was in Paul’s lap. He stroked her and talked calmly to her until her last breath. I love that man!

They worked with our budget and were so gentle with our miniature schnauzer. He's back to his playful self, and Riverview Animal Hospital will be our new vet. I would recommend them to anyone. “The staff here have been absolutely incredible so far! Yesterday was my first visit but they have gained a lifelong customer already, after calling around and trying to get my dog seen because he has kennel cough the receptionist when I called here went out of her way to go talk to the vet to see if they could get me in given the circumstances. I was able to get in that day, every staff member seemed very concerned about my dog and truly seemed like they wanted to help him feel better. They were very transparent about pricing and making sure the treatment was comfortable budget wise for me. They just overall made such an effort to ensure my dog was gonna be okay.”
“Dr. Dykehouse, along with all of the staff that he has working for him, including his wife, Jill, have been absolutely wonderful to us, and our kitties. I started seeing Dr. Dykehouse when my oldest son was 1 year old. My son is now 32! This wonderful Dr. has taken care of all of the cats we have had. We had 5 cats at one time, and they lived to be about 18 years old. Right now, I still have one of these 5 kitties, and he is now almost 24 years old!!!!! He is still happy and healthy, because of Argay Cat Clinic.”

“My mother has been bringing her pets here for years and with her health declining I’ve been at the last few visits with her pets.
Doctor Primly is wonderful and always makes sure we are heard and the other doctors I’ve seen have been good as well.
Our most recent visit the assistant (I think her name was Makayla) came in and greeted us by our names, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it meant a lot to us and made us feel like she actually read our file and it just made us feel like she cared. She was thorough and kind but most importantly she seemed to have done her research and asked us about the last visit, already had an idea of what our concerns were and a good understanding of previous visits. I was absolutely blown away. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work but also wants to build a connection with not only our pet but also us.

After switching from the Vancouver Mall Banfield to this one, I am very happy. As far as I can tell, my cats like it more as well.
