“I'm embarrassed to say I forgot to leave a review! But Doug at Chase Race is just so good that I need to leave one. My car was stolen and certain components were really damaged. Doug did a phenomenal job getting the car back to how it was pre-theft. Maybe even better. I'm deeply grateful that there are folks like Doug out there that can keep our fun cars running.The one caveat is that because of the quality, Chase Race tends to be pretty booked so it may be a while before your car can get slotted in. But it's 1000% worth the wait.”
“Rob has helpled me on two occations. Once advising me not to repair a transmission on my 2002 Trailblazer because of cost vs. vehicle value. A second time rebuilding my 2009 4Runner transmission and replacing the transfer actuator, transefer, transmission, and diff fluids, rear engine and diff seals when he had the transmission out. He is a clear communicator that provided us with practical cost options every step of the way. He isn't out to just get business. His shop is very busy and he fit us in to a tight schedule. He and his shop are knowledgeable and do great work. Too bad he doesn't fix enginess too. ;-)”
“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

“Came to me highly recommend from an old coworker. I had a P0170 bank too lean issue that was tanking my car's performance. Went through replacing several parts, including the o2 sensor to no avail. Before, I had taken it to a different chain auto shop before the light came on, and they had completely missed the issue despite the signs of performance trouble and asking for a full and complete comprehensive check-up. Adam worked diligently to identify the real issue, which was a weakened/damaged fuel pump. He kept me informed about the status of his diagnostics work, and when he found the issue, he got it fixed right away. Thanks Adam!”

“A great and convenient place on the plateau to have your car serviced. Geoff took care of me dropping off the car in 5 mins (with one short form to fill as a first-timer.) His team did a 60K-mile check-up on my car and found that the rear brake pads needed replacement. Both jobs were done on the same day at a reasonable price. I value his honesty as he could have said that I needed both front and rear brakes done and I wouldn't have been any wiser.A week later, I got my tires changed at Costco. Costco said that they had problem putting my lug nuts back and that I needed to have a mechanic check the lug nuts/studs. Geoff helped me fix them the next day without charging me an extra dime. This is what I call great service!Plateau Motors has just become my go-to for all future car services.”
“We had the oil changed at another Jiffy Lube store earlier in the day on 2/29/2024. We left to go on out trip to Wenatchee, WA to see family. Long story short, my wife was driving and we were Eastbound on I-90 and got about the Hwy18 exit when there was a loud banging sound followed by a constant banging and a sound like a window wide open and air rushing in. Needless to say this freaked out my wife!!!!!! We pulled off the freeway at the next exit as my wife was to worried about pulling over on the shoulder as there are just too many people getting killed that way. Meanwhile, I call the Jiffy Lube store we had gone to a told them what happened. Nothing like "oh gosh, I'm sorry" or anything!!!!! She just told me to find the nearest Jiffy Lube and have them fix it and if there's a cost, that store can bill them directly! Didn't even offer any assistance in finding the nearest store but more like, "it's your problem, deal with it!". We finally found the Jiffy Lube in Snoqualmie, thank you google maps!!!!! We pull in and a gentleman comes out. I show him my receipt from earlier that day and explain to him what happened. Turns out he was Chris, teh Mgr. of that store!!!! We couldn't have been more blessed to have him. He was so kind, pleasent and very thorough and he made my wife calm right down as she was the driver! She actually felt like they were old friends from way back and she felt so welcomed, validated and assured. If we lived closer, this sotre would definetely be our favorite go to place!!!!!! Thank you to Chris and his whole staff that was working there that day!!!!! You made one woman's day and mine was a lot easier too!!!!! I hope you treated your staff to that "cup of coffee"!!!!!”

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. I appreciate them very much! Thank you Dave!”
“Charlie Lyford who is the President of T-Zero Racing rescued me from not being able to race at the July 4th 2014 SOVREN races when my 1971 BMW 2002 sheared off its alternator bolt shortly before an upcoming race. He set up my car with a stronger aircraft strength type bolt that allowed me to race the rest of the weekend when it would have been very difficult to find this unusual bolt and nut while being at the race track. Laurie Lyford welcomed me into Group 4 racing even though my car was not at the caliber of Laurie's car or all the rest of the Group 4 cars with friendly advice and tips. Andrew Morrison also helped me with additional issues on my car that made a weekend of challenging racing issues turn out to be a fun weekend. Thank you T-Zero Racing Inc. for all your help and advice, you are a Class Act shop ! ! !”

“When we don't get great service, it's so easy to complain, but when we receive exceptional service, it often goes without any recognition. My mom has been a loyal customer of this location for years and only uses Chevron gas for her car. She was gifted a gift card that she was hesitant to use since she wasn't familiar with it but to her surprise employee from inside the store came out and asked her if she needed help (she must have seen the worry look on my mom's face) ! She gladly helped my mom and cheerfully chatted with her till it was done. Thank you(lady with mask) for your genuine interest in serving and caring for other people. May your tribe increase!”

“This shop, and Mark himself, are amazing. I have lived in this immediate area for more than 30 years, and I never knew about this shop. I found it because other shops here were not able to handle the failure of the big battery in my 14-year-old Prius. Mark went far out of his way to save me a big amount of money by searching all over for a used battery computer (which proved to fail also), blocking one of the bays in his shop for 3 or 4 weeks, and not charging me for it. To top it off, the total cost of this extensive repair (and that included regular maintenance) was close to only half of what a Toyota dealership would charge (I know, I was calling everybody, including the dealerships). The car is now driving like new, and everything is working in it. How could I miss so many years of great vehicle repair and service?”
