“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”

“Communication, coordination and customer service from Cye and his team were truly above and beyond exceptional. No need to go anywhere else for your auto glass replacement needs. When I first arrived at Novus of Redmond to get my windshield replaced from rock damage, the business was super busy. Cye personally greeted me, and with great patience walked me through every step of the process. Cye handled locating an OEM windshield for my 2026 RAV4 Woodland within minutes even after the Toyota dealership I work for stated they were not available and on backorder. The windshield was obtained in 24 hours and subsequently installed meticulously by a very talented technician whose name I unfortunately did not get. A big shout out to the office manager Piotr, who was very pleasant to work with during the process. Thanks again Cye, I will certainly be a returning customer if I need to. I will also be referring friends and family!”

“Honestly, I havent made an appointment yet, but seeing the detailed responses from management to those that had false narratives is making me want to. Ill update when i get my transmission repaired.
Side note: i never understood why people dont post what their expenses were, and for what, so ill be doin that too especially if i have any other serious repairs (i do 80% of the work on my mini sans anything that requires lifting things out of the bay)
Update 1. They have been very responsive, i dropped my car off the day before the appointment, Which was june 16th, And everything went smoothly. I was quoted around 420$ for transmission service on my 2015 mini cooper. I made sure to ask for pictures/videos. They are also letting me keep the car there while im out of state and theyre workin on the car. Phenomenal customer service so far ?
Update 2. I specifically asked for photos and/or videos of the work they were doing. I have received none. Is there shavings in the fluid? Are the gears abnormally worn? I wouldnt know bc theres no photos. They did NOT communicate at all over the course of 6 days, until i had to message Matt about an update. He tells me the engine torque mount needs replaced bc of vibration, okay good catch, but is the mount broken? Or is it just loose? He quoted me 170$ for the replacement. I pick up the car on june 25th. This is VERY FAIR pricing so i can give leeway on less talkin while theyre doin all the workin. Matt ended up sending me the photos after i asked again and clarified he had planned to show me when i got there to pick up.-its not his issue, though ive had service repairs go south when i didnt have consistent updates.
Last update: yall, how this man gonna do transmission repair and my radio is working better?! And they cleaned the front seat mats. Total was 584ish and the mini is running smooth. Absolutely coming back, and i suggest you do too

My car got issues got mis-diagnosed a few times by another local auto repair shop whereby they wanted to charge me 7,000 plus for a transmission. I followed my heart and took the car to Michael auto repair; only to find out the transmission was working great and only minor repair was needed. My car is NOW driving like it's BRAND NEW!!

“Quickest repair ever - took 30 minutes to complete with parts in stock and two service technicians to repair stripped lug nuts. Staff was a bit hard to find initially (busy), and I had to ask for my car’s lug nut key back (staff forgot to give it back), but it happens. No complaints. Owner was friendly.”
“I received a 3 month membership for Brown Bear after purchasing my new windshield. I visited this location to initiate the membership.
I then tried to use the membership here & at another location (Soper Hill) and the automated system didn't recognize my vehicle, but the staff put it through the wash.
On Saturday I tried here again, and thankfully the assistant manager (Jenny) decided to try and actually rectify the issue that I was having.
Her attention to detail, personable nature, and strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience was evident.
It has now been confirmed by Brown Bear that my license plate was incorrectly recorded when the vehicle was registered. Mistakes happen, and how they are dealt with - and the willingness to try and resolve an issue are where companies and their staff show their true colours.

“I would highly recommend this shop! I originally had my BMW check engine light diagnosed at another place, where they told me I needed to replace a part and quoted me nearly $2,000.
I decided to get a second opinion here, and they initially quoted me around $900 for parts, labor, and tax—which was already much more cheaper. But what impressed me even more was that when I actually brought my car in, they took the time to properly inspect it and found that I didn’t need the replacement at all. A part was simply stuck, preventing the shutter from opening. They fixed the issue and only charged me $170.
