“Banging breakfast sandwiches made fresh on the grill at farmers markets near you! Their sausages are fantastic! The classic breakfast sandwich is made with a mouth watering sage sausage and the addition of pickled peppers is prefect. I left farmers to eat mine and waited in line to get back in after just so I could buy some of the sausage to take home. The next week, I tried the thai version which was just as good and had a little kick. Both were served on a gorgeous toasted brioche bun with egg and cheese. Friendly workers too! The lady recognized me when I went back and asked how I liked the sandwich. I chatted up the grill master who said they usually get 5-6 patties per pound of sausage. I used this portion size at home too and it was perfect. Highly recommend checking them out!”
“On a whim my son and I decided to pull over and pick some flowers ? The two ladies working on the farm were kind and patient with my 6 year old, we will be back! They had lots of veggies and some fruits that were priced well.”
“I stopped by because I heard their meat department has some hard to find meats like elk, bison, venison & veal. They also had some products from Fisher's Meats in Issaquah. I got some great news jerky from their meat department. ($9) and a marrow bone for my dog. They also had harder to find lamb cuts like ground lamb and lamb shank. definitely stopping by again!”
“I love their native plants - this is one of the few places I can find them. That said, a lot of the plants are quite expensive (although they do have a few $5 annuals, many of which will reseed), so I think the average gardener will find themselves buying just a couple. You really have to be a dedicated (or deep-pocketed!) enthusiast to buy a $14 trillium that's 2 inches tall and won't flower for another few years! I've attached some photos of flowers I've bought from Oxbow in the past.”
