“The UPS Store in Klahanie is always so helpful and is our go-to place for shipping/business-related stuff. Most recently, we had a great experience getting our passport photos done here. The owner, Chanto, and his staff are really friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice (I didn’t know we should wear a dark shirt for the photos) and they were also very responsive when we followed up over email and on the phone. Thank you!!”

Great customer service, great service, etc. I recently went to drop off a package the other day to return it and the service was the best I have ever had. I have seen countless cycles of employees throughout the years, but UPS, this one is a star employee. Kushagra was his name, I think, but he provided stellar service in returning a package, and you should congratulate him on whatever platform UPS workers use to connect.”
