The owner, Chanto, and his staff are really friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice (I didn’t know we should wear a dark shirt for the photos) and they were also very responsive when we followed up over email and on the phone. Thank you!!”

“Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day.
Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.”
