“Small place, not very busy, and well worth the stop. I stopped in here to use the bathroom and get some smokes. I knew I could fit since there’s a Pacific Pride on the same property. When I walked up to the counter, before I could say anything, I was greeted by John, who immediately asked me “do you want to buy some chicken“ with the most enthusiastic, playful tone. I spent the next couple minutes having a conversation with him that could easily rival that of a couple 4 year olds And of course, bought some of his chicken. The chicken was great, probably the best I’ve ever had from any kind of gas station, but more than that, John actually cares to know who his customers are and what will help make their day.”
“Shell gas station it's like the one place you can go where you think you're at the beach and all the oils in the water but not really so it's just the Shell gas station until you get a fill up your car right and then you look up you see a giant shell but they don't have to show on the sign no more it's just show gas overly priced gas but they have a $5 sent to discount you know what I mean it's not $5 it's only cents but you get it every time that you filled up if you just don't save I don't know how to explain it but you can get 5 cents off”
“Friendly staff, always. Since it's a small town where people come to know your name, either through your birth or marriage, friends and family. Getting gas is decent. They have 4 pumps so you have to wait, but that's ok, unless other people try to squeeze by you. There is new pumps in but the screens play some annoying music or they don't always card read so you have to go in. In all its a gas station.”

“This truck stop is ideal for "quick off-quick on".You can always find space for a half-hour lunch. The food is OK. It is hot.The coffee is alright and there are always fresh donuts. It doesn't seem to matter what hour it is. During the day, there are a lot of surrounding businesses open.”
