“Overall, it's a pretty solid bank. I do have my incidents here and there about awkward interactions or a mistake. But overall, many of the people are nice, and they do possess the knowledge to help run the bank. The people are able to accurately pull up information (as long as you have accurate information). This bank is also consistent with letters or information that you need to receive.
Their investing options are alright. Sometimes, they have special certificates that allow you to get a slightly higher APY in maybe less time, too. It's like maybe 11 months instead of 12. Rules do apply for this, though.”

The Centralia branch was very helpful; they gave me the number I needed to call, and also let me write down the numbers and locations of a few branches in Seattle (my end destination) just in case. “Such an awesome bank! Christy seriously knows her stuff. We went in and had a bunch of questions for our business and she was so happy to help us. Got all our questions answered and gave us all info we needed. The best part was that it was a cheerful environment. Being greeted with smiles and welcoming is a big plus! Definitely recommend”
