I walked in and 5 minutes later I was sitting with a tax preparer. Marisol was so kind and so sweet and explained everything to me. I would recommend h&r block to anybody who is confused about their taxes or just doesn't have time to do them. They're very courteous, friendly and professional.

I dropped my information off and my taxes were done quickly but when asked if I wanted to pay H&R from my refund or in person I thought it would be easier to have them take it from my refund. No explanation was given that they need to use another banking institution and that there would be set-up costs. Nice way to treat your clientele, especially those on fixed incomes.

My tax pro was Marisol and she was fabulous. She got me my maximum tax return by asking the appropriate questions. She was kind, funny and a joy to spend an hour with while doing my taxes. She even called me a day later to get info for my return because it had been rejected and she handled it swiftly.Thank you Marisol Abina! You rock!
