Lane Bryant Outlet provides wonderful shopping experiences with kind, respectful, and non-judgmental employees. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering personal service above expectation. They go out of their way to love on their customers, giving suggestions, bringing different items and sizes, and helping find items. The employees make shopping easy and extra cool with their recommendations on style and assistance in the fitting room. Customers report receiving thoughtful, personally written cards. The store has great sales and a selection of cute merchandise. The manager and staff are wonderful with exchanges and order look-ups. Many customers choose this location first for their wardrobe.

Love this store! Great prices, great clothing for many sizes. I took my Mom who has dementia there and the staff was so very compassionate and patient. The only complaint is i got a bra sizing there and not one bra in that size fit. Other than that the place and staff are wonderful.
