“My friend and I were having fun out for a shopping day and stopped in to get some shoes. Jordan was absolutely amazing and super helpful, he put up with our craziness and fun sense of humor and helped give us options that worked for our picky feet. Would definitely recommend shopping at the centralia location. All the other staff we encountered were lovely as well, Jordan's attentiveness was super helpful to find both my friend and my shoes.”

She even undressed the mannequin so I could try on its jacket :)..which I did! I'll definitely be back. “Every time I make it out here and get to get helped by Jennifer, it's the best time. She is so kind, and thoughtful, and knowledgeable about products and how they feel/fit, and her and Briana who was there with me this time as well, were both so supportive and helpful in finding me professional clothing which is way out of my comfort zone. They just made the experience comfortable, exciting, and joyful. It's always a better experience here than the last, and each time is amazing on its own. I make my way to the Centralia outlets from Tacoma every now and then to come to this store specifically to hopefully get helped by Jennifer, or Brianna now!! Very sweet and helpful ladies. I wish I had the funds to buy more than just 1 or 2 things whenever I come but sadly, even at the outlets the prices are still too high for me. The women working here though make it worth it to come!”
“I really like this store. It has very fashionable items that always catch my eyes when I come in to browse, I usually leave with an item or 2 or more??. Now I can shop this store online but I rather shop in the store?. This store is located in the Centralia Outlets, on Lum street near the I-5 ramps. There's also other stores near by, places to eat, gas stations & other amenities.”

“This Pendleton store is rated four simply because it is a factory outlet where you would expect lower prices. They do have sales going on, but the prices in general are the same. The quality is the same outstanding quality that justifies their prices”
“We come here every chance we get. It’s a huge store packed with all kinds of great clothing. Good brands and prices are mostly responsible. I mean it’s the only real Western clothing store for miles!! They have tons of very nice hats and way too many boots to choose from.”

I was in looking for a few things for upcoming events.
I ran into a dear friend there needing a wheelchair and came. We went through the checking out of medical equipment together, it was fun. I let her push me around in a few different wheelchairs as she wanted to see how they were to push, turn, and apply the breaks. The nice clirk, Donna, showed us how different wheelchairs adjusted folded up.
They had some nice seat cushions for wheelchair and she also got one of them.
Everything is neat & tidy, well displayed, and tagged! I found a few things.
