She even helped me order a pair of shoes and have them shipped to me since they did not have my size in stock. Nowadays it seems that customer service is kind of hit and miss but she truly cares and that made me feel appreciated as a customer and definitely made me want to come back to shop more often.”
“I love this store. The personal service I received every single time I have visited has been above any expectation I could ever set. These ladies go out of their way to love on thier customers. The last time I went in one of the ladies was pulling out new merchandise and suggested a shirt to me. I just tried it on and have not ever had anything look so cute on me. I received a card for my wedding personallly written by one of the ladies and a birthday card as well. I won’t shop anywhere else first when looking for items to add to my wardrobe! “I really like this store. It has very fashionable items that always catch my eyes when I come in to browse, I usually leave with an item or 2 or more??. Now I can shop this store online but I rather shop in the store?. This store is located in the Centralia Outlets, on Lum street near the I-5 ramps. There's also other stores near by, places to eat, gas stations & other amenities.”

“Great store. Small but lot of options in jeans and unique country style pieces. I believe the owner helped me..she was very welcoming and helpful. She even undressed the mannequin so I could try on its jacket :)..which I did! I'll definitely be back. “This Pendleton store is rated four simply because it is a factory outlet where you would expect lower prices. They do have sales going on, but the prices in general are the same. The quality is the same outstanding quality that justifies their prices”
“We come here every chance we get. It’s a huge store packed with all kinds of great clothing. Good brands and prices are mostly responsible. I mean it’s the only real Western clothing store for miles!! They have tons of very nice hats and way too many boots to choose from.”

“One of my favorite thrift stores in the area. Some items are broken and dirty and like all thrift stores now a days, some things are overpriced. BUT!!! I never skip this one when I'm in the area. I've always found something good here. And they have great sales. :) There's a parking lot that's always had a spot open when I come, which is nice for being downtown. It can be difficult to find a cart on some visits, so that's been a small issue but overall- I recommend. The staff has always been so friendly as well.”
