“I went into the store to get some window cleaner because my new wiper blades suck. While I was in there, I was talking to the guys about hard water spots on my back window. One of the guys mentioned a new product that he had just received in. He offered to try out this new product on my window. After talking with him, we decided that new wiper blades were what I needed. So, in short they guys at the shop went above and beyond, helping remove hard water spots and clearing up the vision through my front window.”

“Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw. I was on the road with tunes and a tightened door, all within about 10 minutes, and it didn't cost me a dime!Thanks, Ethan! You guys rock!”
