I recently purchased a new car and after my first attempt at washing it didn’t go well (I noticed paint striping and light scratching), I started researching proper car care and paint protection. I came in to verify that the car shampoo I was buying was pH neutral and safe for automotive paint. Quincy not only confirmed I had the right product, but he also showed me how to read labels and identify what to look for when purchasing car wash supplies in the future.

“Best Service I have ever had at a Napa anywhere!! We had an alternator literally blow apart on I5 in Washington. Had previously purchased a lifetime warranty alternator from Napa in Oregon. Called around and found the closest Napa to have a new one was in Centralia. Even though they showed one in stock, Terri actually went back to verify they had it, pulled it and held it for us, and confirmed they had tools we could borrow to change it out. Took us over 2 hours for a tow to get to us. When we got dropped at Napa both Terri and Tony went out of their way to assist us.
They were truly wonderful, best people ever! They went out of their way; above and beyond to help us get back up and running again. Tony actually assisted with his own tools when we needed something they didn’t have and assisted my husband. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

“We had an amazing experience with Kelly’s Body Shop. My husband was pretty skeptical about getting the work done on his truck after his accident he was convinced it wouldn’t ever look the same unless the entire truck was repainted. But when he went to pick it up today… he was blown away! It honestly doesn’t even look like it had ever been wrecked. The repair is seamless, and the paint match is perfect.
They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch too when an unexpected part wasn’t covered, they called us right away, clearly explained the situation, and personally helped us get it taken care of without any stress or confusion.

“They have been my "go to" store for many years. I needed product recommendation and guidance for removing calcium/mineral deposits (white spots) off my new dark colored car. Bought my first clay cloth & finishing spay to "gently"" remove the spots, followed by two coats of wax. Then repeated the process again a week later. I'll be seeing them again since I'm out of wax. My car is hand washed/cleaned only. I'm pretty sure that these guys have saved me from having to install a dedicated soft water system. I hope this helps others.”
