Everyone was super friendly, while waiting in line noticed that several employees were especially caring to elderly and prior military customers, taking extra patience and time with them which was really nice to see.
Kim specifically helped me and helped handle account issues without an appointment. Instead of waiting for an appointment Wednesday (2 days later) she was willing to multi task and helped me get all my issues handled even though it meant more work for her. She could have just handed me off to someone else another day, so this was super appreciated! Will absolutely use this branch again, also very clean. Great experience!”
