“It's usually a great place to pick up my medication, but their phone system is completely messed up. I was just put on hold for 9 minutes. The gentleman told me that I had one person in front of me. I waited patiently just to get hung up on. I called back. Some lady told me that I had two people in front of me and then threw me on hold without a second to waste. I hung up. I guess I'm going to have to make a trip down there because I don't appreciate being treated that way over the phone. *sigh*”

“I never had a problem with this pharmacy. They are always kind and courteous. They explain things, if it is needed. The line can be a wait, but they literally cannot help that, so I don’t place the blame on them. I’m surprised by these reviews. Also, it’s not their fault about the phones. I’ve seen one or two people in there working hard. It is okay to give grace (be polite and thoughtful) to others, especially when they’re trying their best.”
