“Always wonderful customer service. I bought a cot for the holidays. Some reviews were not good. But the good outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, a bar bent and the material ripped after 4 days of use. I called and explained things to the manager. I couldn't find my receipt but was able to give an exact date and price. She gave me in store credit, and I replaced the cot. She was very kind and understanding.”
