“I live 2 hours from the dealership, but from now on, I will be making the drive for their awesome service department. They just completed a substantial amount of work on my 2015 Ram. I have never worked with a service advisor as patient and kind, knowledgeable, whip smart, efficient,,,,(shall I continue?), as service manager Kelsi. I'm confident that her excellence runs through her department, since those qualities tend to trickle down through any business.
I came there because of another employee, my best friend, Martin Ray, but I'll keep coming back because of a rare commodity I found there. Trust.

“I recently had to get a tire plug because of debris that was on I5. I stopped in late afternoon without an appointment and asked them to take a look and see if it could be plugged. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me, which was incredible in this day and age would definitely go here again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.”

“June of 2024 i had the timing phasers etc done on my ecoboost f150. The phasers/tensioners went out again after less than 15000 miles. I failed to bring the truck back within the 2 year warranty by two months. Ford denied the warranty claim even though it was only 14k miles later.
Awesome Ford could have done nothing and I would have had to pay for the whole repair again out of my own pocket.
Customer service isn't about what you do when things go great. That's easy. Its about what you do when things go sideways.
Awesome Ford came through and covered half the repair even though they had no obligation to do so.

“Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw. I was on the road with tunes and a tightened door, all within about 10 minutes, and it didn't cost me a dime!Thanks, Ethan! You guys rock!”

“I had a set of 4 new tires put on my Tahoe and they seemed to do just fine while I was there. I was using a new credit account, and getting it set up was pretty quick and easy. It did take them a while to get it in after my appointment time, but I work in a shop and totally understand how it goes.”
“We stopped here with our semi truck to have a tire issue addressed and rest. The tire shop team were very professional and did not waste time addressing our issue while attending to other customers in the same manner. They helped keep our parking spot and did not waste time smoking and joking like many shops do now. The showers and store were clean and the team there was friendly. Highly recommend keeping this one on your truck route. Only con is there is a small amount of spots to park but surrounding businesses offer truck parking also.”
