“I recently bought a car here. Dale in the finance department was amazing. He was very helpful and straightforward. He has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with the purchase and making sure there is nothing else they can help me with. Would very highly recommend.”

“Great people and were very easy to work with. They were able to work me in early because it was a bad paint job from the factory on the hood and they didn’t want it to continue pealing. Itnow looks fantastic.”

“Wow, I’m so impressed with this place! As someone who’s not very knowledgeable about cars and tends to be nervous when visiting new shops like this, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with these friendly guys. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes without feeling pressured to do anything unnecessary. They checked all my lights and filters for free and even informed me about a few other things I needed. Oh, and let’s not forget the window washing! I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to my family and friends. I’m a happy driver now, thanks to you guys! 👏🏻😊”

“I’m not one to leave reviews on stuff or anything but these guys have INTEGRITY!!! As a military man myself that is extremely important. I took my f150 to them thinking I needed a new starter because I could hear the starter touching the flywheel while cranking it up, they took my truck in and tightened up some lose bolts and I was good to go! Could have charged me for a new starter when I didn’t need one, I’ve seen it happen!”

“Excellent service for a reasonable price, and they came to me! I got new windshield wipers from them, too, when I had the windshield replaced -- great quality blades.”

“Rolled in here with a destroyed inner right rear tire and they put a new one on quickly and cheaply. They did not try to upsell me. Back in the road on a Thursday rush hour night in one hour”

“I ordered some very small parts that I ended up not needing. I called them to cancel my order, even though it was already packaged, and they were very friendly and cancelled it for me. If I need parts in the future, I will come back and order from here.”

“June of 2024 i had the timing phasers etc done on my ecoboost f150. The phasers/tensioners went out again after less than 15000 miles. I failed to bring the truck back within the 2 year warranty by two months. Ford denied the warranty claim even though it was only 14k miles later. Awesome Ford could have done nothing and I would have had to pay for the whole repair again out of my own pocket. Customer service isn't about what you do when things go great. That's easy. Its about what you do when things go sideways. Awesome Ford came through and covered half the repair even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you Martin, Joe and Awesome Ford.”

“Barry’s Quality Machine Inc. Did a fantastic job rebuilding it was totally worth the trip from Seattle to Chehalis. They kept there schedule that they informed me of and anytime I had a question they never hesitated to answer they had even informed me I could stop by to see the progress anytime. I will be going back with other engines and informing others of there wonder work! Totally worth the drive and wait for a great machine shop.”

“The gentlemen here have great customer service and they go above and beyond for customers! They had my car and were sent the wrong piece. The factory ended up back ordered on the correct part. They not only accommodated me getting back in right away, they repaired the piece themselves vs. replacing it. I am so pleased with the results!! I really thought it was beyond repair. Magic.Services: Body & Trim”

“Very knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. I have used them for repairs as well as just for diagnosing. Even when choosing to do the repair myself, they have been extremely helpful. If you own a European car, it's essential to find somebody who understands them rather than a regular mechanic who isn't used to working on them. However, imagine the same care as put into non-Euro vehicles as well. If nothing else, you should stop by to check out their collection of cars.”

“I recently had to get a tire plug because of debris that was on I5. I stopped in late afternoon without an appointment and asked them to take a look and see if it could be plugged. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me, which was incredible in this day and age would definitely go here again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.”

“We needed somebody to do some repairs on our 2006 Land Rover LR3, so we were ecstatic when we found a mechanic that was dedicated to Land Rover! They did an amazing job getting everything taken care of, and at a very reasonable price. They were also very accommodating of our schedule, which was greatly appreciated. We will be using Rovin Rovers for all future service on our LR3! On a side note, there were so many cool vehicles outside his shop. Just pulling up the first time it was clear we were in good hands as their love of Land Rovers was on full display!”

“I had a set of 4 new tires put on my Tahoe and they seemed to do just fine while I was there. I was using a new credit account, and getting it set up was pretty quick and easy. It did take them a while to get it in after my appointment time, but I work in a shop and totally understand how it goes.”
127 N Hamilton Rd, Chehalis WA 98532
“The shop does good work with the understanding that John Deere as a company does not tell them everything thus making them look bad. I had to get my track to repaired for the same repair more than once because of the parent company John Deere did not update information on my model which made it difficult for Pape machinery to repair my tractor and stalled all things I needed to do with my tractor for months. Amazing customer service from the guys in service.”

“Dean is a really great salesman, he is honest, upfront, and not a pushy one at all. Very much enjoyed working with him, so much so that we brought family there for their first vehicle.”

“My brother and I were driving by when the trailer we were hauling jumped off the hitch. We pulled right in his parking lot and George came out to see if we were alright. Got trailer back on the hitch and secured. George displayed a Good Samaritan attitude that's not easily found these days. Very helpful to total strangers with no expectations.”

“I live 2 hours from the dealership, but from now on, I will be making the drive for their awesome service department. They just completed a substantial amount of work on my 2015 Ram. I have never worked with a service advisor as patient and kind, knowledgeable, whip smart, efficient,,,,(shall I continue?), as service manager Kelsi. I'm confident that her excellence runs through her department, since those qualities tend to trickle down through any business. I came there because of another employee, my best friend, Martin Ray, but I'll keep coming back because of a rare commodity I found there. Trust. Someone, please buy them all donuts for me!! Mark Hutchason”
2580 N National Ave, Chehalis WA 98532
“I have NEVER been to a dealership where every single employee was nice, acommodating, and helpful. I had to go there three times, but Kris Smith was so incredibly amazing and worked hard to get me into a vehicle that I really wanted. He answered my and my mom's questions, suggested what he thought would work best for me, and made me a customer for LIFE! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.”
