As someone who’s not very knowledgeable about cars and tends to be nervous when visiting new shops like this, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with these friendly guys. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes without feeling pressured to do anything unnecessary. They checked all my lights and filters for free and even informed me about a few other things I needed. “I’m not one to leave reviews on stuff or anything but these guys have INTEGRITY!!! As a military man myself that is extremely important. I took my f150 to them thinking I needed a new starter because I could hear the starter touching the flywheel while cranking it up, they took my truck in and tightened up some lose bolts and I was good to go! Could have charged me for a new starter when I didn’t need one, I’ve seen it happen!”

“I recently had to get a tire plug because of debris that was on I5. I stopped in late afternoon without an appointment and asked them to take a look and see if it could be plugged. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me, which was incredible in this day and age would definitely go here again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.”

“June of 2024 i had the timing phasers etc done on my ecoboost f150. The phasers/tensioners went out again after less than 15000 miles. I failed to bring the truck back within the 2 year warranty by two months. Ford denied the warranty claim even though it was only 14k miles later.
Awesome Ford could have done nothing and I would have had to pay for the whole repair again out of my own pocket.
Customer service isn't about what you do when things go great. That's easy. Its about what you do when things go sideways.
Awesome Ford came through and covered half the repair even though they had no obligation to do so.

“Very knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. I have used them for repairs as well as just for diagnosing. Even when choosing to do the repair myself, they have been extremely helpful. If you own a European car, it's essential to find somebody who understands them rather than a regular mechanic who isn't used to working on them. However, imagine the same care as put into non-Euro vehicles as well. If nothing else, you should stop by to check out their collection of cars.”

They kept there schedule that they informed me of and anytime I had a question they never hesitated to answer they had even informed me I could stop by to see the progress anytime.

“Went in yesterday because my stereo system in my Ford Fiesta was unresponsive, and I wanted music for my road trip. Went to the Service Department, and Ethan said he could probably get my stereo working. Within two minutes, he had my car blasting with awesome music and noticed that my driver's side door bolt was almost unscrewed!! He asked if he could drive my car to the garage, and he had a mechanic who was already working on a car, come and tighten the screw. I was on the road with tunes and a tightened door, all within about 10 minutes, and it didn't cost me a dime!Thanks, Ethan! You guys rock!”

“We had a cover on the bottom of our car come off half way and drag creating a real hazard. I have 2 young children in the car and no tools on me in the family vehicle. We came to these guys in need and they helped us out in a couple quick seconds. Very kind and wouldnt take any payment for this quick one off job. “My brother and I were driving by when the trailer we were hauling jumped off the hitch. We pulled right in his parking lot and George came out to see if we were alright. Got trailer back on the hitch and secured. George displayed a Good Samaritan attitude that's not easily found these days. Very helpful to total strangers with no expectations.”
“We needed somebody to do some repairs on our 2006 Land Rover LR3, so we were ecstatic when we found a mechanic that was dedicated to Land Rover! They did an amazing job getting everything taken care of, and at a very reasonable price. They were also very accommodating of our schedule, which was greatly appreciated. We will be using Rovin Rovers for all future service on our LR3!
On a side note, there were so many cool vehicles outside his shop. Just pulling up the first time it was clear we were in good hands as their love of Land Rovers was on full display!”
