Don’t fall for the free iPhone upgrade scam. I’ve been making payments on phones that were supposed to be part of the free iPhone promo when I upgraded. My phone bill is over $200 a month for two phones which is absolutely absurd. I would have left Verizon if it wasn’t for the promotion for upgrading but now I’m stuck with this sleezy company for another year. I won’t be signing any other contracts with them and as soon as this is over with and my phones are paid off I’ll never use Verizon againUpdated this . I emailed the email listed to “resolve this” and got no response. This months bill was a redicules $230

We have been in this store on a few occasions over the past week to purchase a 23 Ultra and every interaction with Zach has been a very welcoming interaction. I want to give a shout out to this employee! :) He was very personable and helpful. He deserves a raise for sure! ;) Thanks for seeing our transaction through and explaining things so I understood.

Was told a trade promotion that is going on wasn't possible but was able to get it at the Verizon store at the mall. They also messed up the trade we did on an iPhone and had to call to get that corrected. The gentlemen that helped were great but the Lady who acted like she knew what she was doing messed up a lot of our account. If it were just the two guys that helped I would say 5 stars ( I am sorry I don't remember your names) but the lady (again didn't get her name) messed everything up and it took some time to get it resolved.

I got my iphone 14 plus 4 months ago from a worker named Zachary. I traded my iphone 12 in and paid the rest of the remaining balance off. Little did I know my bill went up over $30 a month and the trade in never went through. I called verizon customer service and they fixed what he did wrong. I remember seeing how much my bill went up and said it would go down but never did. This store and their employees will rip you off. Be careful. Thank god for customer service

The worst time switching our service over! We switched in Jan. We got talked into phones we didn't want, we're told we can return in 3 days if we don't like them. We back to return them, the guy that sold them to us was no longer there and we there were a lot of things he didn't tell us or told us what we wanted to hear just so he could make the sale. We've had to return a few time for issues We've had. The manager spent more time flirting with an employee than doing her job. Went in this past weekend because of another issue. It took 40 minutes for the manager to step out and help the other girl. The manager said she cannot help without the primary account holder being there and there is no other way to fix the phone. (We live 30 minutes away and gas is expensive) We went back out to be told it could have been done over the phone. The 1 employee working was multitasking taking care of 3 of us all needing different things! Every time we have gone Katelyn has had to clean up the other employees messes even the managers! She has been great each time. Maybe rethink who is in charge and there for the customers!

The salesman was rather rude. After explaining to him what we needed and didn't want he sold my husband 200 worth of extras. To top it off he was asked to put the screen savers on for him and the other box. He did not do any of it. I would recommend good Ng to any other Verizon store than this one.

Service wasnt as fast as expected due to only 1 staff member being available, however he was knowledgeable and polite. He spent his time talking us through all of our options and helped in every way we asked.

Very limited products to offer. Not the most friendly staff nor were they very helpful. They are also limited to what they can do being a franchise. I've Been to this store several times now and have had the same poor service each time.
