Three shining stars for the wonderful PEARL and her kindness today. Her pleasant attitude during an inconvenient moment saved a whole lot of attitude from a long line of people waiting to check out.

As nice as the people in the pharmacy are, it should NOT take 40 minutes on hold with one call ahead of you to speak with someone at the pharmacy. It is unacceptable to make people wait this long just to talk to them about your medication.
