Excellent response and service. I had my rear brakes wear down quickly due to my heavy load, while moving back to the area. They fit me in for a last minute appointment and were able to quickly get the parts and repairs done.
This location will be my new store to handle my service.

I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for 40 years and my family since they opened. Have always appreciated their customer service but recently it was over the top and I just needed to write it. I recently bought a set of 4 new tires for my 2023 GMC. 80,000 mile warranty kind of tires. The ride just wasn’t perfect so they quickly rebalanced them all. Brought it in a week later and they rebalanced again. Brought it in a couple weeks later and they “road force balanced” and determined 1 tire was defective. Immediately replaced and rebalanced again. A week later still not right. Just a shimmy I’d never had. So they took all the tires off, put original tires on and rebalanced and told me to go drive. Butter. All was perfect. So they took their tires back and gave me FULL credit and ordered me a set of 4 that was a different brand and installed. All is right. All of this I’ve come to expect but the ease of which this all happened was the reason for the review. Jeff Schumway at Chelan, WA branch absolutely put on a clinic of how to treat, work with and keep a customer. Always interested in just making our experience flawless. Not interested in doubting, blaming truck, etc. Again, this is my first review in my long tenure as a client but man will I continue to be a Les Schwab guy going forward. THIS is what service looks like. Thank you Jeff an thank you Les Schwab.

The Chelan store was great to work with, they got my truck in on time and got it done pretty quickly.
Be aware the online booking tool isn’t entirely supported by this store, I didn’t get the alignment I signed up for which is unfortunate having scheduled it several days in advance. Seems odd they can’t sort that out when they had paperwork in hand for the service.

I have to say that I usually shop at discount tire versus Les Schwab because the one in Wenatchee seemed dishonest. In my opinion. I now work in Chelan so I decided to go to the Les Schwab in Chelan, because my tire sensor kept going off and they could have easily sold me a new sensor, but instead they were honest and they told me that it was my valve stem that was needing replaced. They replaced it for me for free and had me on the road quickly. This level of honesty has me going back. I hit a pothole yesterday and I made an appointment to make sure there is no damage on my vehicle and to get in alignment since I just got four brand new tires on my car. I'm hoping for The same great level of honesty and service when I go in there on Monday the 29th. Being honest and reasonably priced has caused me to come back as a customer. I highly recommend this location and the people there. Thank you!!

We had a soft tire issue with a rental car at 5:45 pm about 1.5 lonely hrs from where we were spending the night. These wonderful folks at Chelan's Les Schwab were closing up and they CHEERFULLY stayed late to fix the tire AND fed us popcorn AND JR did an amazing job evaluating and fixing the tire AND the sweet woman who answered the phone didn't charge us a dime. We're from NY and it makes us want to move here! What wonderful people and a wonderful business. Thank you! (PS Les Schwab if all your places are like this you are blessed!)
