Jarms Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated Ace Hardware store, part of the 5,000+ Ace stores worldwide. They are committed to being "the Helpful Place" by offering personal service, quality products, and a convenient shopping experience from local experts who know the community best. As a 30-year customer, the reviewer loves the friendly staff who make them feel like family. However, they were disappointed to learn that the store cannot program keys purchased elsewhere, even at a lower cost. Despite this, the reviewer still recommends frequenting the establishment, as the staff are generally pleasant to interact with, and the store has a wide range of products, though they could benefit from expanding their inventory in certain areas.

Excellent, well stoked neighborhood hardware store. Staff is always willing to help and are knowledgeable not just about product location but also how to best use items.
