“I am a young African American male I am not particularly handy but in recent years have learned to fix a few things most recently I had installed a bidet and a new toilet seat from Amazon that doubles as a baby potty training toilet seat it did not have a standard toilet screws and they kindly helped me find what I needed when I got home I realized that the seat was shifting so I went back to get some rubber washers and whatnot they helped me find and figure it out. That's only 1 time when doing my first oil change I tightened my oil screw down to much so I went to ace to get a bit for my drill the employees explained if I used a drill it would ruin the thread and virtually my oil pan they explained I should get a mallet and use a rench and beat it until it comes loose it worked and I didn't ruin my cars oil pan. I have more stories but essentially if you are not handy and in the process of figuring out the project it might take a few trips but they are helpful kind and don't make you feel stupid or uninformed.”
“I've been going here along with my dad for years..They have great products and the people that work there are good people,I promise..Help out a small town hardware store.”
