“Really nice staff. You can tell Anna cares about the people coming into her establishment. She was kind enough to spend some time on the phone with me tonight and I think she was off. Her kids at the store were very courteous.”
“Good gym, been going here for about a year now. Not a big gym and can get crowded quick but the price is pretty good and they are 24hrs so if your like me and enjoy a nice midnight run to clear the mind this is the place especially for the winter.”

“Tim is just right for me (and I think most of the folks coming here). He has tailored my workout to fit my quirks and aging body. He pushes me when I need it, but doesn't harrass me when I'm simply having an off day. I really like that he keeps on eye on me and when necessary, gives me tips to improve form and power. He doesn't let me get by with short shrifting my push-ups or other exercises. Over the past number of years he's helped get me past painful knee, shoulder and back injuries. I am better for it! The atmosphere is almost always light and happy, with sometimes joyous laughter. Everyone seems to enjoy supporting each other here as well. If I had three thumbs, I'd say "Three Thumbs Up!!"”
