This Place Was Clean. I Paid$1600.00 For 1 Month Plus $140.00 Pet Deposit.Then I Moved Into A 2 Bedroom Found Out Previous Customer Paid Only $1,200.00 For The 2 Bedroom For 1 Month. I Moved Out Of This Hotel On January, 10, 2025. Manager REFUSED To Give My Money Back. Manager Was Was Not Very Nice. Please Do Not Stay In This Motel You Are Are Wasting Your Money.

Absolutely terrible. Had an incident with a thief, stole 150 dollars worth of goods. No cameras to watch any of your stuff. Evil people reside here. If you have any other option, make sure to pick that one.

The room was fine clean enough, a bit sketchy, but that's to be expected at a 70$ per night motel. My main issue was the man and woman who run the place, they were super rude during checkout, and at one point started talking in their native language in front of us (super sketchy, as they were talking about us) and then the almost refused to give us our 40$ incident fee back, because we used the towels? Like wtf. The customer service was terrible, and I would not go back if you paid me.

Beds are clean and comfortable, showers have good pressure and lots of hot water, staff was friendly and professional, very good experience for the price.
Had to pay a deposit on the room, but it was returned promptly when I checked out

This place was rundown and overpriced. The clerk was disheveled and unhelpful .Even though I had a reservation, not refundable, I opted not to stay. Would definitely not recommend!

We needed to see daughter at EWU. This close by and pet "friendly". We at least got a ground floor room for ease of walking the dog, but we were charged so many extra fees. Extra for the kid, extra for the dog, extra deposit, extra.... ran the price up quite a bit. Our reasonably priced room came out to well OVER $100/night. Room was of questionable cleanliness, and I have dogs so low standards. Also I believe the light switch for the bathroom being INSIDE the shower is a building code issue. For the price after all the added fees, we could have gotten better. Not happy and will never be back. Any other ratings over one or 2 stars should be tossed.

The room the rooms were filthy nothing was fixed it looked in shambles uh oh and let me tell you that disability goes to the third floor not first and I'm disabled and I'm up on the third floor this place is not it used to be used to be nice but now it's not the rooms are clean it's filthy and everything's broke old TVs dressers everything else they quote you it's 1200 but they actually comes out to be 1500 because they like double taxing you if you have a pet remember you have to pay a pet every time you go back in monthly weekly or daily you have to rent the room you got to play the pet deposit again and again and again so that ain't fair so somebody's jerking somebody here very poor very very poor

Not what I expected for the price. Room was small, hot water and shower were ridiculous. The water in shower kept changing temp. There was also a 40 deposit that was not mentioned when I reserved room. When I reserved room the advertisement stated rooms were pet friendly, there was no mention of additional charge for pets. I think this extra charge for a pet and the deposit should have been mentioned when 1st making reservations. It seems deceptive to me to say pet friendly but not say anything about it costing more and even more deceptive to not mention deposit. Not impressed. Will not be staying again.
