So went back to get a refund on the parts, I just happen to pay cash for them and they don't have that much cash on a daily basis and I totally understand that most buy with credit/debit cards. “You hear so many mixed stories about Walmart’s automotive services. And while I can’t speak to any of their other services, the tire center team absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. They made it clear from the start that they knew what they were doing, and that they intended to do the job right. Professional and knowledgeable.
Installed new tires, called me mid-appointment to give me the current condition of my TPMS sensors and asked if I want to swap them out, which we did. Walked me through the calibration when I returned to make sure everything was working, and sent me on my way.
I genuinely appreciate that they were open, honest, and transparent about the process. That is how you give people peace of mind that the job isn’t only being half-done or done poorly - which is the concern other Walmart auto centers had me previously skeptical of. Rest assured, these guys have you covered. And for cheaper than anywhere in town.”
