“As outdoor storage facilities go this is one of the nicer ones. Security cameras are installed and working. They seem to have adequate number of each size of storage space. Competitive prices. The owners are super nice.”
“I have been renting from them for over 2 years. The unit is new, clean and dry. They work with me when I am having trouble making payments. He called me when he found my lock was missing. Turned out someone had cut off my lock but nothing was stolen. He has put in a very good video camera system. I would highly recommend.”
“Sometimes there is issues when I try to contact them via phone. A lot of the time they may answer, but sometimes it keeps ringing, or there is a busy signal. There has also been a couple of times where they asked me to hold, and put the phone down and forgot about me. Since the phone was sitting there I couldn't get through for awhile. Sort of important sometimes because I live out of town now. Other than that no complaints. I have been happy with my storage and the friendly service.”
