“Last week we got a flat in cle elum at midnight. We called Willettes for a 24 hour roadside assistance. We were referred to Warriors Roadside assistance who was able to come help us. However, they put an SUV tire on our sedan that limited our speed to 7mph. We couldn't move. We were stuck sleeping on the freeway for two days, no food, no water. They also charged $500+ to put the $81 tire on the car, and kept our brand new popped Arroyo tire that we wanted to warranty replace. I stated that we could have purchased any emergency donut wheel which can be found in any vehicle. But they insisted on taking an hour of our time to mount the wrong tire to our vehicle. Eventually we shared our stranded story with the local police, and she was very much empathetic and could have done a better job at providing an emergency spare than the "professionals". We feel we're owed $300 back, as they charged $250 for the $81 tire. (See photo). And they did not bring an emergency donut, we were stuck and had to pay much more to get back home.”

Towing
“While trying to be adventurous during a bachelorette trip outing we managed to find ourselves in a deep problem. Roslyn Towing was quick to respond and to arrive to help us out. They went above and beyond and we are truly thankful.”
“We are so grateful to BroBro’s Towing. NO words to describe this. My grandsons and some young friends were stuck in the Lake Cle Elum lakebed Thursday night, after dark, and we had no idea how to help them. It’s dark…no moon…and it’s late and who responded? BroBro’s with his custom made tow Jeep! He never gave up trying to rescue these kids. The Jeep had some mechanical issues but he never gave up. He just fixed his Jeep and kept going. He tried several times and then on the third attempt he got the kids out and everyone is home safe now. The Jeep was towed back to BroBro’s business with his own wrecker…hopefully working well enough to save another crazy kid! My grandsons have repaired their Tahoe…managed to tow their camping trailer home… and are SO grateful to BroBro’s too. They were not equipped to spend the night in the cold nor were they equipped to walk out of there in the blazing heat of summer. I really think he may have saved the kids from injury or even a fatality. You can never be too safe in the wilderness. I’m gonna call the Mayor’s office to let them know what an extraordinary human being they have living in Cle Elum!! Thank you for everything!! The Allen Family of Chehalis, WA”
