“Brad was great coming to a narrow-shouldered, somewhat sketchy spot to pickup on I-90. I was in a scary situation but he offered calm reassurance. A short tow to an out of business shop my insurance company sent us to ended up being a longer one to my home but Brad took it all in stride and all ended well for me. Thank you for a job well done!”

“Allen and his crew were fantastic.1. After hesitation, and declining because he didn’t want to harm our boat, he called back to check on us - we were stranded.2. He asked what our estimate was, then he got angry and told us we were being robbed, he would come to look.3. He dropped everything on Sunday afternoon and came to us, made sure he could do the work, and then came back with his tow rig.4. Fixed both hubs and bearings on trailer, did great work, and was fair and honest.Grade A service.”
“My daughter blew a tire late at night. After calling 3 Towing places I reached Advanced Towing Solutions. They were there in 20 minutes. Robert was awesome towing her car & helping her get to a motel . (Motels in Ellensburg were full) Update- her cousin sent over a tire, Samuel from ATS picked her up, changing the tire & got her back on the road on Sunday. “I got a flat tire at Thorp fruit stand this evening, after 5pm on a holiday weekend. My insurance sent Mountain East Towing to help me. Their dispatch person was very knowledgeable about area resources and helped me figure out the best course of action. The tow operator was kind and friendly and took very respectful care of me and my service dog. Because they were so knowledgeable about local resources, I was able to get my car to a shop that was open late, get my car fixed, and back on the road. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time I was with this tow service. I feel blessed that my insurance sent them. I hope if you find your vehicle broken down in the area, you encounter this company. 5/5 stars. I hope I don’t need them again but if I did, I’d be happy to encounter them again.”

“Dean is remarkable- he really helped me out in a pinch. Broke down on I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Had to leave the car to catch a ride and Dean towed it to a local shop for repair without us being on site. Great communication, reasonably priced, honest guy. Highly recommend.”
