I was going to get a truck at the Mount Vernon location, but they were extremely rude and didnt actually have the truck I needed and didnt tell me until the day before I needed the truck. So I reserved a truck online for the Everett location and they were awesome. Gave me a great deal on everything. Thank you very much and I will definitely be returning in the future.”

“20' Truck was available as reserved. Truck smelled pretty fishy, but was in decent shape and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! She even included moving blankets and a dolly for free, not that I needed them. No issues with the rental, would recommend this location.Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)”
“I had a hitch installed on my sedan this week and it was an overall wonderful experience. My vehicle is neither common nor easy for hitch installation and Jake did a quick and quality job with the installation. The only frustration with my experience was that Uhaul doesn't offer a shuttle service and public transportation doesn't go within 40 minutes of my house. So, I had to wait at a nearby coffee shop until installation was complete. Thankfully, it was done in about 2 hours and I was on my way with a hitch that should last as long as my car does.”
“Love this location for my U-Haul rentals! Professional, clean and this woman is so kind and sweet. She makes SURE her trucks are clean when you return them, so they'll be clean when you rent them!(By the way, Google says it's a two-minute walk from Ralibiertos Taco Shop - which is a fantastic taco shop too, especially for their machaca burritos! But, this U-Haul is actually closer to El Nopal, the fantastic, amazing birria taco restaurant a door or two away! Try them, while you're there, parked in that small lot, near that horrible intersection of 4th and 128th.)”
“Hurburt was very helpful and got us booked quickly. Just be aware that all money has to com e out of one person account need a credit card for deposit of at least 500 and a 20$ to put anything extra on debit account he explained it all to us and was very friendly!!!!”

“Busy but polite. It was as quick as their system would allow. You can tell they have to do a lot of paperwork to get the trucks out. But what made me feel great was the fact I was running late returning the truck they close at 3 pm and I tried very hard to make it back so I wouldn't have to drive back, but missed it by almost 45 mins. The manager was on sight and still let me return the truck. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. I returned it filled and clean which makes their job easier. Return your stuff clean they work hard enough.”
