“Difficult to change storage units when living in different state. Extra Space Storage on Lyons, Spokane, was helpful to transfer my information, with no stress( as they had the smaller unit I needed) as well taking time to confirm what would work best for me storage needs. Extra Space Storage on Sprague, Spokane Valley has been amazing to work with over the last few years. As I have needed different people to access my unit for different reasons. Clean, easy access, great staff!!! This company is truly the go to for my storage needs. Both locations are fantastic to work with!!!”
“Jason at the Mead, WA location was incredible. He cut & replaced locks & changed my gate code for me on my storage unit & trailer tongue when my keys were stolen out of my car. He helped me move my trailer to a different onsite location & gave me recommendations for various related topics. It is clear Jason likes what he does & takes personal pride in helping people. Very kind & friendly. I have been a tenant here for 3 years.
3 months later... Again Jason (muscle) was very helpful in helping me (older lady) with removing an equilizer hitch from my trailer. He also adjusted my bill within 24 hours when I realized there was an error. VERY kind. I am grateful he is the manager.”

“We had our stuff here for about a year and had no trouble at all. No mice droppings anywhere. No theft or water damage. Nothing. The cost of the space was extremely reasonable and being able to do everything online was a nice touch. If you are looking for a place that won't break the bank and is safe and rodent free, I highly recommend Deer Park Mini Storage.”

“The owners at Guardian have been nothing but fair with us over the ten plus years my husband and I have been customers with them. They are firm, which some might take as mean, rude or unprofessional, but it’s most definitely not that. They ultimately have a business to run so you do your part to be a responsible customer and they will be good to you, you don’t and well…business comes first.Believe this true when I tell you in our darkest hour we nearly lost everything in our unit and because we had a decent payment track record with them and were open, honest and clear in communication with them they worked with us. I have learned to not beat around the bush with this kind of stuff from them, mainly Lynne. They aren’t there to be our friend, but they have a heart and have been around for awhile because they are doing it right overall.”

“My unit was robbed. They still claim they've never been robbed in 40 years. The website says they close at 6 but that's just the office. And it says their closed on Sunday and Monday. Again, that's the office. The gate hour's need to be posted”

“Easy to communicate with the management here. Very quick process to get set up in a new storage unit and once you’re done needing the space it’s very easy to get out. I did some digging around town and I felt like this was one of the more affordable cost-effective options in North Spokane . Definitely would use them again!”
“Ok I went here a few months ago and was going to leave a review but forgot. Now that I randomly remembered I'm sticking to it. I had originally had my drop-off location changed last min due to the other location being to full so I was directed here. The guy who helped us was courteous, helpful, and fast. We just pulled up and I started doing the checkout on the app. He beat me too it, and gave us a small break on our gas fill up. So I don't know about the rest of the place but I know he was a great employee and if I can remember his name I'll edit and post that too.”
