“I had my restaurant equipment here for years. I found their facility very well maintained, newer, secure, and clean. I don't even think my equipment got dusty in my unit. There were no issues with animals or intrusions of any type that I know of. I think their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I've used, and their units were the best I've ever used. If I didn't now have my own shop to keep my equipment in, I would definitely keep using Pines & Trent Storage. And they would be who I would first recommend to anyone. Definitely utilize them if you are looking for high quality secure storage!”
“Not a bad storage place. Privately owned and operated so your money is staying local rather than contributing to profit margins for some CEO on the East Coast. The owners are very nice and even went the extra mile to fix a snafu that caused a major problem for me. Property is nice and pretty secure. Other places I've used play a game where they keep raising the rent till it's not worth the price anymore. These guys don't do that. Prices stay pretty level. The location is a little hard to get to but its worth the trouble to find. The office hours are weird but they make themselves available by phone for emergencies if you know where to look for the info. The yard hours are reasonable. In the end, I'd recommend them to family.”

“I have rented storage sometime back in the past when it first opened & it was a pretty good place to get a nice sizeble Storage Unit here there no lights inside the unit only bad part about but that ok it still had kind employees & it was very quite & privacy was great here as well I like it it wasn't either that bad in price wise but that also was back in the days things weren't so highly out priced like today in 2026 TY”

They walked me through truck sizes, helped me choose the right equipment, explained the paperwork clearly, and made sure everything was ready to go. Moving is stressful, and they turned it into a smooth, professional experience. If this is how they operate while still in training, they’re going to be an excellent manager. “I wanted to write a review after I had completed the lease and seen the unit. Tony and Bre Over at the Spokane Valley Extra Space treated me to wonderful customer service. They were able to walk through a couple quotes with me and they followed up the next morning with a callback. The unit was easy to locate with the map they provided and I really enjoy using the App for access in and out. The facility has plenty of cameras, which I enjoy. I feel like the space was clean And the set up for parking to unload and reload Was straightforward. I’m only using the service for a month, but if I ever need any storage going forward, I’ll be using ExtraSpace Spokane Valley”
