“So far pretty great experience here. They are very friendly they have great prices, they don't force you to but a certain lock. I would say the only downfall is that they are only open til 7pm to come in or out of your storage unit but the plus side to that is that they are open 7 days a week and even on holidays. One other downside is that you have to get renters Insurance, which on one hand i guess it's pretty good just Incase there's water damage, mice etc... But if you only need it short for a short time it's kind of an unnecessary expense.”

“In the beginning, I thought I was dealing with Veradale directly. However, that was not the case it was a 3rd party that I had to speak with & I didn't like that. Only because I have experienced 3rd party communications & most of all the time it does not run smoothly. 3rd parties for me aren't always accurate to my knowledge. I know several reasons why companies use them BUT I don't think it's effective because like myself I have to repeat the process twice. That is not something I like doing. Otherwise, Veradale Storage made my storage experience run smoothly. Especially since I was communicating via phone prior from another State. Although we only had this storage for a small amount of time the lady that was mainly at the office (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) she was really helpful, kind & communicative. I highly recommend this location plus it was nice the storage we had was a drive up ? Thank you Veradale Storage & Stay safe ♥️”
