“Overall, pretty positive experience.
I only ever really had to interact with staff in person or over the phone when I first got my unit eleven months ago. They were very helpful and friendly.
Facility is clean and easily accessible. The hours are pretty good for accessing units. The location feels secure. I never worried too much about something happening to my stuff, and nothing ever did.
When I vacated the unit, the process was very easy. I actually ended up getting all my stuff out before completing the “schedule move out” process through the app, which I did almost as an afterthought. I got my confirmation emails on the day rent would have been due for another month, and the rest is history.
Only con I can really mention (to keep this review realistic) is that there was a price hike after about three or four months. It didn’t seem unreasonable, but nonetheless, it happened. If the rent had stayed what it was when I originally got my unit, I might have been willing to keep renting the unit a little bit longer (essentially, I’m saying the price hike was a deciding factor between “wanting” to store my stuff and “needing” to store my stuff, and I didn’t need to anymore).
All in all, like I said, my experience was pretty positive. I would certainly go there again if I found myself needing to store things again.”

“This place is the best and only place I will ever store my stuff at. Such a nice facility! And the owner Jay is the best! Personally helped me unload my ENTIRE moving truck. They have an easy system making paying a breeze. Oh and they even gave me popcorn and a soda when I moved in. I would give more stars if I could”
“I had my restaurant equipment here for years. I found their facility very well maintained, newer, secure, and clean. I don't even think my equipment got dusty in my unit. There were no issues with animals or intrusions of any type that I know of. I think their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I've used, and their units were the best I've ever used. If I didn't now have my own shop to keep my equipment in, I would definitely keep using Pines & Trent Storage. And they would be who I would first recommend to anyone. Definitely utilize them if you are looking for high quality secure storage!”
“Brenda and her counterparts at Storage-Mart at 16715 East Trent are the absolute best. The facility is clean and has easy access in and out. The keypad/contactless entry is a nice bonus when you’re in a hurry. The key broke in my lock and she gave me another one at no cost. World class customer service from these folks. Leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. If you’re looking for the right place to store your belongings in the East Valley vicinity, this is the first place you should contact. Rates are great as well.”
“Great place to store your stuff. Always clean. Gated. Felt safe and secure. Perfect sized units for my needs. Todd & Autumn are amazing people and treated me like family (only better - LOL). If I need storage again, I know exactly where I'll go.”
“Not a bad storage place. Privately owned and operated so your money is staying local rather than contributing to profit margins for some CEO on the East Coast. The owners are very nice and even went the extra mile to fix a snafu that caused a major problem for me. Property is nice and pretty secure. Other places I've used play a game where they keep raising the rent till it's not worth the price anymore. These guys don't do that. Prices stay pretty level. The location is a little hard to get to but its worth the trouble to find. The office hours are weird but they make themselves available by phone for emergencies if you know where to look for the info. The yard hours are reasonable. In the end, I'd recommend them to family.”
“I appreciated how polite and professional everyone was. I had a spot there for over 3yrs and the place was always clean, quiet and well kept. My only issue is that they went to a cashless system making electronic payments only. I feel negative about "cashless" anything. Beyond that, they were great!!”
“Very clean. Everything about this storage place has been easy. Setting it up, paying, as well as cancelling. I only needed a storage unit for a short amount of time, so I cancelled after 3 months. I highly recommend using them!!”

“We booked one month, and had them move the pod back and forth between Spokane & Deer Park several times within the month. Their drivers were always very courteous and booking our dates (had to reschedule a couple times) was always easy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.”

“Rented a storage unit here for several years - I moved to the one over at U-City because they have elevators. My unit was on the 2nd floor and I was tired of hulling my kayak and camping supplies up and down stairs. Besides the lack of elevators, this place is nice and clean and has heat/climate control for storage.”
