“I have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.”

“Very impressed with the staff and the vet. Brought my son's dog in to get some tumors removed. They gave me a quote between $750-$1250. That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.”

“Our three dogs love doing things that keep them going here as often as possible. They don’t know English, but I assume it’s because the vets and staff here are extremely compassionate and helpful.
I’ve had to do end of life care with Deer Park vet unfortunately a few times, and they always treat the situation with dignity and respect. I don’t know if they’re expensive or cheap for a vet around here, because I would never trust anyone else with our animals.
The pics are of Stella. Who gets ear infections just so she can take photo shoots there.”

“My fiancé and I had to take our dog in to Fairwood to be put down just a couple of days ago. Henry was old and had bone cancer. Our previous vet told us he only had a couple of weeks left, so we went to Fairwood for a second opinion. They were able to treat Henry with pain meds and we had him for about another three months, all of them happy! We spoiled him rotten! He was happy right up until about the last week or so, when we took him in to Dr. Hansen. She was absolutely wonderful and compassionate, and she gave Henry a pain-free transition. Of course we were devastated, but we knew we made the right decision. We will continue with Fairwood for our other animals, and hopefully next time we see Dr. Hansen, it will be under happier circumstances. Thank you, Ms. Hansen, for caring for our Henry. ❤️”

“This is one buttoned up outfit. I've grown up and worked with animals all my life, so I know a good vet when I meet one. My dog was attacked by some coyotes, and the folks here took care of him without delay. Dr. Woodd and her colleagues, along with the techs and front office staff, were excellent. This is my new go to place, and in spite of Bowie coming out looking like Franken -dog (just in time for Halloween), I'm sure he'll be happy to see them again, too. Super professional, no-nonsense country vet. Couldn't ask for more.”

“I cannot thank SHS S&N clinic enough!!! Our big baby Otis (lab & pit mix) is 2 years old and we wanted to get him neutered. He does not do well around people, new places, other dogs, etc. And these ladies went about and beyond to help us get him neutered. After the first failed attempt and never making it past the outside waiting area, we purchased a muzzle that SHS recommended. We worked with him at home. Second attempt went very well and he is now neutered. The staff here are so kind and they thoroughly understand the anxiety that we went through with this procedure. Our "Oat the Boat" is now at home recovering. Thank you Spokane Human Society ❤️”
