Terrible customer service, no greeting as we walked in the door, no one notified us we had to add ourselves to a waitlist via qr code as no one even acknowledged us. We waited 30min for them to tell us they don't provide number transfers. The guy we spoke with was just unwillingly to give us the time. And another worker just floating around making small talk while there was a long wait of customers. Don't waste your time here.

Stopped in here for a new phone and it was a good experience. Very nice young lady who helped me did an excellent job with customer service. I bought a Galaxy s23 with cash because I only do prepaid with Verizon because I've had some terrible issues with them with a contract many years ago..

Verizon has worked great in the Walla Walla valley for me. The staff in this store have been very helpful. I had a long wait with two little kids and they were very understanding and helpful. Thank you!

The customer service College Place Wa is superb, I can always relax when there are phone issues, they make sure All my phone needs are met. Love them Kara Jackson is a super server!

Very poor customer service. Crummy products that don't work. Cancelled my account & went elsewhere. No problems at all with new phone service. Then they tried to rip me off on a return. Never did fix the phone or do anything to help.??????? Just told me it was my fault. Get anything they do in writing as they will cheat you. So far I am out $160.00 +

Verizon used to have excellent customer service online and in person. This is not the case anymore. For over two weeks now, Verizon has not resolved a simple customer service issue with our account. They have charged us over $500 for a services that was not provided, and they have not returned the money. We have spent over 8 hours on the phone with customer service in at least 12 phone calls. Several times, we were promised a callback and did not receive it. We were given the name of a supervisor to speak with; when we called again, we were told there was no supervisor by that name. We were also to the Verizon store, waited in line for a long time, ran out of time, and had to leave.

Not professional, hostile always attitude. Justin in particular needs to find a new job that actually makes him happy. Or find some one on one time with the manager and go over basic phone knowledge to actually be helpful. The rest of the crew are helpful and actually try to help.

It's a little cramped at the moment inside the building due to renovations but the customer service is excellent and quick.
