Everytime I go to this atat store there's only one employee, and as me and my wife walk in. We're told that there here by them self. And they probally won't get to us, because there helping one person, in front of us. I could understand if there were 3 or 4 people in front of us. But it's 2pm and you have like 3 more hours of operation. But you can't help me cause it's going to.take you 3 hours to help one customer?? Come on at&t, there should be professionals that know what there doing. Maybe more than one employee if there going to be that busy ever Saturday.

McKenna is awesome so helpful! Set up my new phone so fast and made sure everything transferred from Verizon. Went in a few days later to transfer photos and they got it figured out quickly for me. Everyone at the store was friendly and willing to help customers. Thank you to the Colville AT&T team! You all rock!

Sales staff messed up my order, ‘manager’ kept running to the back room to throw up because she was clearly hungover. Both the first time we went to sign up AND the time we went to rectify their mistake.Ended up having to go back a third time after dealing with AT&T for over 12 hours on the phone over three weeks when they couldn’t fix it. Went back a third time, and there is no manager on duty to talk to the manager who was meant to call me so they could talk to their own staff directly- Store staff told us “customer care is closed”, which is not true. Highly recommend driving farther to Spokane. This is more of a headache than necessary. Nobody seems to know anything for sure, because anything they have said is true, is false.Looking at an extra $900 for their screw up. Avoid at all costs

First of all....very bad customer service. Extremely impersonal. Second.....CLEAN YOUR STORE!!!!! Store hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Don't come to work sniffling and snotting around and having everyone touch things after you if you can't clean!

I ordered a new phone online and received it by mail. Part of the phone purchase agreement was to drop it off at an AT&T store. I left work early and arrived 1 hour before (6pm on a Tuesday) the store closed and spoke with Devin. I explained to him I wanted to transfer my phones memory into my new phone and to drop my old phone off. He told me he can not help me because it would take to long, and I should come back tomorrow........ I guess the Coville store only likes to hire lazy employees? Id rather go to Spokane than to deal with people like Devin. Bad store

I went in to pay my bill which was $65+tax, I had $75. The bill with tax was $71.13, the associate could not give me $3.87 change back because all he had was big bills and only $2.02 in small change. He "Devin L" expected ME to run around and get change for a $5bill. I am a disabled vet and will NOT run around trying to make change for someone or some company that can't or doesn't have enough to give me correct change! That's NOT my job. I am seriously thinking of switching carriers, that's absolutely ridiculous that the store can't make change. Needlessness to say I was still short changed $1.85 after he gave me the $2.02 he did have. NOT COOL!!!

I went in for a new phone..my time in the store was over 3 hours. When I finally got employee assistance, she went over to help 3 people paying a bill and spent over 45 minutes with them while I sat...the employee was nice but 6 or 7 people left before I did..many just went back out the door when seeing they would not be getting ant type of assistance any time soon

Was told they would put a phone on hold because they didn’t have time to help me, came back the next day to get the phone and was told they didn’t put it on hold and they haven’t had one in a few days. So the sales associate lied and lead me to believe something different.
