“Colville Toyota really makes you feel like family, which makes car buying such a positive experience! Hunter, Kelly, Troy, and Katy (sorry if I missed anyone) went above and beyond to help me snag the Grand Highlander I was dreaming of. They answered all my questions and concerns with respect, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. No haggling, back-and-forth, or feeling like I had to buy something other than what I wanted. I can’t recommend Colville Toyota enough for the best car buying experience. I’m absolutely in love with my Grand Highlander and couldn’t be happier! Thanks, Colville Toyota, you’ve made a friend for life!”

“I had a great experience with A Automotive Tire Pros in Colville. Our Buick Enclave had a tough problem that other shops couldn’t figure out, but Aron Anderson and his team solved it. Aron is the owner, and he also works right in the shop. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Their communication was clear, their technical skills were impressive, and they treated us with respect the whole time. The pricing was fair, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend A Automotive Tire Pros to anyone who wants honest, skilled, and friendly service. They went above and beyond, and I’m very thankful for their help.”

“Stopped in to get the AC checked, I was fortunate enough to be able to get a performance test. Appointments are booked out several weeks for repairs. Found the AC compressor was having issues and a Schrader valve was leaking. Thank You”

“I came in for a quick oil change in the middle of my roadtrip since I got an oil level warning, and not only were they quick and efficient, they went above and beyond and did a free vehicle inspection, and let me know that everything else was good and, more importantly, did not try to upsell me a single other service. This was truly a breath of fresh air and THIS is how you retain customers. No wonder they have stellar reviews! I’m recommending them to any of my acquaintances traveling to this area and will most definitely be back myself if I’m in this part of the country and need my car looked at.”

“I took my Craftsman lawn mower to Water Power because I was at my wit's end. The mower wouldn't stop leaking gas and I couldn't figure out why. Mark took the time to listen to what I had already done and discovered the problem was a faulty carburetor. He replaced it, along with the gas-soaked air filter, for a fair price and in a timely manner so that I could get back to my cutting my lawn. Great guy, great place!”

“These guys are great. I have been a customer for years. I recently had issues with my air conditioner, just not cooling well. Several weeks later, I heard a noise like i hit something. Got out looking for something but found nothing. I parked and there was fluid everywhere. All of the blades in one of fans broke off and punctured the radiator. Gary told me that next available appointment was several weeks out, so I had my car towed. Fortunately they had a cancellation, got it back in two days. James and Trish are the owners. Gary and ALL of the mechanics are great. Would highly recommend. I was so pleased, that I got them Death by pizza!! 😎”
