Their communication was clear, their technical skills were impressive, and they treated us with respect the whole time. The pricing was fair, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

“Sam was an excellent help my husband and I were in the area when the alternator went out on our truck naturally we had our little one with us and without question he came over gave us a jump to be able to get to the nearest part store and also told us if we needed to he would personally drive across town to give us a jump to get back to the grease monkey where we could use tools to get us back and running ! Cannot say enough nice words !!”

“These guys are great. I have been a customer for years. I recently had issues with my air conditioner, just not cooling well. Several weeks later, I heard a noise like i hit something. Got out looking for something but found nothing. I parked and there was fluid everywhere. All of the blades in one of fans broke off and punctured the radiator. Gary told me that next available appointment was several weeks out, so I had my car towed. Fortunately they had a cancellation, got it back in two days. James and Trish are the owners. Gary and ALL of the mechanics are great. Would highly recommend. I was so pleased, that I got them Death by pizza!! 😎”

“Stopped in to get the AC checked, I was fortunate enough to be able to get a performance test. Appointments are booked out several weeks for repairs.
Found the AC compressor was having issues and a Schrader valve was leaking.

“I know some people gripe about price and upsells with Les Schwab but I ignore their upsells and the price is worth it for me because anytime I have an issue with a flat they take care of it for free, without question. They've always been super accommodating and friendly. The last time I went there to have my winter tires taken off a man named Fred greeted me before I even got out of my car - walked me inside held the door open for me as he was asking me how they could help. I've literally never been greeted at my car and walked into a business in my 47 years of being on this planet, which is what prompted me to make this review. I always see the same friendly faces- year after year, which tells me that most likely they treat their employees right as well. Love these guys”

Service was quick at just under two hours, and staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. The price paid was more than fair as well. I would not hesitate to use Colville Tire again.”
