“Getting involved in an accident, no matter how minor, is never pleasant. I got hit on the side of my vehicle by someone who failed to yield. FORTUNATELY, they had insurance. When I filed the claim, I was afraid l'd be forced to take my car 70 miles to an "authorized" repair shop. But, instead, they told me I could pick one close to where we live.
