Although I was hesitant, I did actually buy an iphone 16 e based off of his recommendation and the fact that he let me mess around with both of his iphones and compare his iphone 16 plus to the Samsung a36 I initially wanted. He set up my new iphone 16 e and got my security stuff working and even gave me his work number in case if I needed help. I called him once on his day off and he still answered and sent me videos on how to use my phone. He gave me a steep discount on the accessories and waived most of the activation fee because he liked that I bought an iphone. Great service, have recommended to my friends to purchase from him.
