“Very friendly and experienced service. My wife and I were given plenty of time to test mattresses and all of our questions were answered. Darci was super friendly and not pushy to make the sale at all, which we experienced at a different mattress store in the past and did not enjoy.”

“Got a great deal on a Purple Rejuvenate mattress at their Washington State Fair exhibit. Easy to talk to and provide my requirements, and again, if you’re looking for a new mattress, make sure to look during holiday sales (I went during Labor Day weekend) and check Mattress Firm first!”

“Brandon was knowledgeable and helped narrow it down to my sleep needs. I tried different/new-to-me types of mattresses and kept going back and forth to two. Brandon let me take my time in the store and eventually narrowed it down. It was delivered the next day - quick, prompt and professional. My sleep the past two nights has been a dramatic difference. We’ll see if the improvements progress in the next two weeks.”

“Looks like this store is closing in June. Saw lots of amazing deals such as kings for $500 or brand name mattresses such as Beautyrest black and aireloom for half off ? Everyone seems to be picking off their discounted limited stocks items since there’s mattresses in bags labeled as sold everywhere in the store. Friendly customer service and there’s even financing and white glove deliveries. Staff also offers tie down service to the top of car if you’re wanting to take one home right away ?”

1101 Outlet Collection Way #1269, Auburn WA 98001
“After spending the previous evening online with Ashley furniture and hitting dead ends with my request. I decided to call my local store. Carlos answered the phone, I explained what I was looking for and within a few minutes Carlos had me taken care of. Had I known it would be that easy to purchase what I wanted I would never have wasted my time talking with an online agent. Carlos gets a 10/10 for his professionalism and help in getting the item i wanted. Contact your local store and don't waste your time with an online agent who doesn't care if you buy something or go elsewhere.”
