“Stopped by Mattress Firm in Tukwila one evening to get a feel for my next mattress. Was politely greeted by the store manager Navid. I focused on a couple of mattresses while asking several questions which Navid provided a full response with some very key points with pros and cons to making purchase of a brand new mattress or one that was returned to the Outlet which ultimately assured me well enough where I was able to confidently select my 1st ever mattress from Mattress Firm. Definitely glad I went there. I received updates/notifications to my order as to delivery and also received call from the delivery guys (White Wolf) when they were about 5-10 minutes out. When they arrived they they explained there plan/intentions and I showed them the mattress they would be removing and they quickly went to work which probably took about 10 mins. Very professional and nice guys. I now have new mattress which I'm looking forward to my new way of sleeping. Thanks again everyone, for the great overall experience.”
“Had a great experience - staff was knowledgeable, and helpful but not “salesy”. We had plenty of questions but they gave us space to roam/shop independently. Once we were ready to buy, it was a seamless experience. Enjoyed our time with Trey helping us!”

“Looks like this store is closing in June. Saw lots of amazing deals such as kings for $500 or brand name mattresses such as Beautyrest black and aireloom for half off ? Everyone seems to be picking off their discounted limited stocks items since there’s mattresses in bags labeled as sold everywhere in the store. Friendly customer service and there’s even financing and white glove deliveries. Staff also offers tie down service to the top of car if you’re wanting to take one home right away ?”

“Absolutely stellar. In and out, found exactly what we wanted, and the staff was phenomenal. Tony was stellar helping us get checked out and set up delivery, and totally just a nice upbeat person, no high pressure anything (he didn't even ask me to mention him in the review, I just want to call it out because he's awesome.)The quality of Dania really speaks for itself. Our last Dania sofa is going on 10 years old with big ol dogs allowed up on the couch, my heavy a** sitting/sleeping on it at times, and seriously, thing looks like 6 months old. Can't say enough good things.Prices on mid-high end furniture are always kinda hit or miss, but for what you get, I've stuck pretty much exclusively with Dania and Kasala with the tie breaker 100% being design/comfort on various pieces. And fwiw, Dania is 90% of that stuff.”

“My partner and I are not the most aggressive, sales-hungry people. We had a need for a couch that would last, had some style desires, but not too much more.
We came here twice in one week and ended up ordering a lovely couch that works for us, our budget, and our style.
No one was pushy, and we feel incredibly lucky that we happened to enter when Mark was on the floor. He was attentive but never hovered, and we never felt like we had any pressure to make decisions at that moment.
When we returned a few days later, we were so pleased Mark was working, and we got everything figured out (measuring is hard sometimes) and ordered without any issues.
The ONLY issue we had was someone (a manager?) seeming to police our sales associate's time while he sat and ran up numbers. I know sales floors and commissions require a different company ethos, but it was off-putting.”

“Alan at the Tukwila/Southcenter location was helpful giving me options for a new pillow that would suit my needs. I have neck pain and sleep on my side, and don’t like a fluffy pillow so he was able to pull a few low profile pillow options for me to test and told me about the benefits of Tempur-Pedic products. It was nice to have all the Tempur-Pedic options in one place. I will come back for a new mattress soon.”
