He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and helped me get a really great deal. “Very helpful salespeople -- I ended up buying a LuxeBreeze Soft and thanks to the sales associate got the July 4th sale price despite buying it in June. Later I found the mattress too soft for my back and since I was within the 90 day trial period came back and switched it for the Medium Hybrid with no hassle. Also picked up a couple of pillows!”

“Only drawback was that it's inside the mall which is why it only receiving 4 stars. It's a longer walk for anyone on crutches, or other walking aids. Parking is a challenge unless you're on the roof of the Bellevue Square garage. The Casper sales associate was friendly & knowledgeable about their mattresses & products against their competitors. He also had a good recommendation for lunch at Nordstrom's Grill, which was appreciated.”

“Wow! Toni was amazing! I’m moving across the Pacific Ocean and have SO much stuff to do. Toni made the mattress and flexible base selection, purchase and delivery scheduling so easy. I can’t tell you how great that made me feel. I’ll be making a special trip into the store just to shake Toni’s hand; maybe a hug! Toni is very personable and professional and is a tribute to your organization, promote Toni!”
