Luckily, the store we ended up going to was The Sleep Store. They provided top-notch customer service: Lillian really cares about her customers and did everything in her power to make sure we got the perfect setup for us. She provided tons of advice on how to select the right mattresses, and on tweaks and adjustments to optimize the setup. We called her countless times to ask her questions, and she was always so patient and helpful. She even gave us advice on how to properly pack our new mattresses for a cross-country move in order to prevent them from being damaged (the move went great). I highly recommend the Sleep Store if you want to go somewhere where the people really care about finding you an optimal setup for your unique needs.”

“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“Love their pillows and their customer service! We bought the side sleeper pillows and it's honestly my favorite pillow ever. I also ordered extra latex and flaked out on picking it up for about a year, but they held it for me, reminded me to pick it up and even brought it out to my car so that I wouldn't have to fuss with parking!
